Water management committee mismanage water collections

Description

Community of Kidilani Parish, Chegere Sub-County reported lack of accountability by the Water Management Committee within the Parish. They said that each household is often made to contribute money worth 2,000/= in a period of four months for water maintenance but they are never given a feed back on how much money was collected, how much and on what it has been spent and the balance at hand. They noted that this was discouraging them from contributing more money.
