Women's Week Exhibition at Uganda Museum PDF Print E-mail

Women's Week Exhibition is being held at Uganda Museum on Kitante Road from 1st March to 7th March 2010.  The event is hosted by the National Association of Women Organisations in Uganda (NAWOU).

Come and see what women think and do to realize equality and equal opportunities, and through school children drawings, learn what the youth think.

Are you an exhibitor with something to sell? You are welcome at a small fee. The Exhibition will be opened by the Minister of Gender, Labour and Social Development on Tuesday 2nd March at 2:00pm.

Do not miss the occasion to be seen and heard. There is an opportunity for you to put your views down on what you think the level of empowerment for women is in Uganda.

National Women's Day Celebrations on 8th March will be held in Kizinda, Ishaka, Bushenyi District.
