1. Today’s question: How can successful initiatives be scaled up and/or be implemented successfully in other regions?

2. Etheldreda Yatuha:  Study carefully the methods used and to use some of the very initiators help in the starting and monitoring in other regions.

3. Patrick Kaija: Regular and Timely reviews, documentation of lessons learned, sharing of experiences and circulation of research reports.

4. Richard Baguma: The success factors/principles must be properly analyzed to establish whether they are applicable elsewhere. Some of the successes might result from a unique set of circumstances.

5. Goretti Amuriat: Successful initiatives can be implemented through proper documentation, planning, information sharing, networking and collaboration.

6. Janet C Achora: There is this famous saying that" Seeing is believing". Unless people see how successfully people's lives especially the underprivileged in society have undergone a positive change as a result of ICT interventions. Then they will buy into the idea. How can this be done? 1-Articulate and continuous documentation of what is being done in successful ICT initiatives and sharing this out strategically as widely as possible through the various medias while putting your target group in mind. 2-Exposure to the site/locations where these interventions are taking place. 3-To continue updating the public on what is happening; this has to be a deliberate and concerted effort by all stakeholders. 4-The use of Networks in sharing information on what is going on in their various regions is also an important element.

7. Betty Akullu: Regular reviews and documentation of lessons learned, sharing of experiences and circulation of research reports will lead to success.

8. Esta Kiwazi: Emphasis be on working on culture of writing down significant events, experiences and plans and use of ICT 2 share. Records can then be the guardian angels to initiatives where ever.

9. Agnes Kadama: Scrutinize the context in which they were successful, find out whether these initiatives can be successful in other contexts/scenarios and which ones by pilot test. Then if successful apply them, set targets and SMART objectives and monitor and evaluate continuously.
