A mouse that doubles as a telephone may sound like something from a scientific movie, but this device is a novel idea. The Targus USB Notebook Mouse Internet Phone has two operating modes: the mouse mode and the phone mode.

The mouse mode works like a standard 3-button USB optical mouse while the phone mode is activated when the phone rings through the mouse. Its telephone side has independent sound chips from those of the computer.

The mouse has an 800dpi optical sensor and is incredibly accurate for its size, making it an impressive addition to your mobile kit in its own right.

They are available in supermarkets around Kampala and cost about sh90,000.
