Mission To create provision of innovative and result-driven enhanced services for widows and to create advocacy and capacity building on all the small, medium and big business and health programmes being carried out in Mpigi.

Additional Information MWEA was formed with the aims of counseling widows and orphans, equiping women with skills and knowledge in preventing HIV/AIDS, comforting one another and making members wealthy. MWEA seeks for funding to further the organisations objectives.

MWEA approaches its programs and activities through the following strategies:

  1. Availing members with functional capacity building workshops and seminars on:
    • Health care
    • Health education
    • Household environment
    • Sensitisation
    • Will making
    • Project planning and Implementation
    • Orphans-self sustaining
    • Sports and recreation for social distress alleviation
  2. Set up an office in Mpigi Town Council
  3. Avail the office with equipment and operation utilities
  4. Procuring assistance for the needy orphans
  5. Resource mobilization for putting up organisational initiatives
  6. Put up a loan service revolving fund for members households economic development.
