Mission	Our mission is to provide culturally appropriate assistance to African Women and children in the UK and Africa, who are affected by circumstances of bereavement, so as to improve their quality of life and promote African traditional responses that are relevant to their needs.
Geographical area of operations	The Great Lakes region in Africa: Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda.
Issues area of operations	Women empowerment, The spread of HIV/AIDS, Armed conflict, Peace education, Asylum and Immigration and the role of International partnerships.
Activities	Advocacy, Counselling, Skills training for employment, Outreach work Material support.
